On November 23, 2024, Kelly Frazier, CEO of the 7 year old International Veterans Care Services aka IVCS, Played hostess to a Thanksgiving Dinner for just over 100 veterans and family members at the Methuen VFW post. Various individuals associated with IVCS volunteered in cooking and serving the meal buffet style.Dropping in to visit were State Senator Pavel Payano, State Representative Estela Reyes, and Lawrence School committee member Jonathan Guzman. The service veterans were asked to stand as the song associated with their military branch was played. The meal ended with raffles that included a 35 inch (+/-) TV. A good time was had by all and no one went home hungry. The event wasn’t too shabby for an organization that runs on extremely limited funding.
